The programTogether with Personal Trainer Sara Bigatti in Utrecht, Naomi Hoekstra offers you ‘4 weeks kick-start’. You start with an intake with the personal trainer and the dietician, after which for 4 weeks you work on your kick start to a healthier lifestyle - under Sara’s and Naomi’s guidance. This intensive and multidisciplinary approach gives you the tools you need to work on the intended result! Everyone can participate, regardless of level or any physical limitations.
1 or 2 hours of training per week with the personal trainer!
By eating well, your body gets what it needs and you will certainly feel better and with more energy to exersice! Dietician Naomi Hoekstra of DieePlaneet Utrecht Zuid West provides consultations on on your diet and nutrition. She tests your knowledge about nutrition and helps you to find the right balance by also paying attention to your eating behaviour: why do you eat differently or more at certain times than you might want? You’ll find out what type of eater you are.
2 hours with the dietician!

Immediately after registration, your personal exercise program will be put together in agreement with you. The training and consultations are scheduled with the Personal Trainer (Sara) and the dietician (Naomi).
